Chris Wilson Fitness Studio promoted as Perth’s most exclusive gym

Promoted as one of Australia’s most exclusive gyms, the Chris Wilson Fitness Studio - opened in June this year in the Perth suburb of Nedlands - has capped its membership at just 50 at any one time, with a platinum membership costing $30,000 a year.

Hailing from Wales, Chris Wilson has been a trainer for 15 years - having previously worked as a strength trainer for the Welsh rugby team. Wilson has worked with Olympic athletes and trained corporate groups including Apple, Microsoft and Lululemon, and was an Australian Lululemon ambassador before opening the Chris Wilson Fitness Studio.

Platinum membership perks include dinners at French restaurants, free coffees, bone density X-rays, nutrition coaches, and membership to Bodyscape - a high-end yoga studio in Nedlands, run by his partner Rosanna Susanto.

While Wilson keeps his wealthy clients’ identities private, he has revealed they include “prominent WA property developers, hotel owners, CEOs, millionaires and entrepreneurs.”

With the studio currently having a waiting list, Wilson and Susanto plan to expand with opening a boxing-for-fitness studio in October, along with a juice/smoothie bar.
