Gym accessory ‘The Barbell Jack’ launches into Australian fitness market

The Barbell Jack, a gym accessory that makes it easy to change heavy plates at a safe and secure angle, without having to strain the back is set to launch into the Australian fitness market.

In addition, for the launch - 100% of the profits will go to local gyms and personal trainers through the 2FITNESS program.

The Barbell Jack, allows easy loading, offloading, hook and pull up to 250 kg on each side for a plate change duration. It optimises workouts and enables flawless deadlifts, power lifts, Olympic lifts, Hip Thrusts, T-Bar Row, Pendlay Row, Meadows Row, Reverse-Grip Bent-Over Row, One-Arm Long Bar Row and many more with ease. The smart design of The Barbell Jack ensures a lightweight and supportive body frame that can withstand heavy weights with a reduced amount of injury risks such as muscle strains or back pain.

Commenting on the performance of The Barbell Jack, Dr. Stephanie Dorworth, Physical Therapist advised “this barbell jack is exactly what I've been looking for. It makes changing plates at the gym so much easier, making the experience more enjoyable. I always pinched my fingers or strained my back while changing plates which was frustrating. But with the jack, it's easy to hold onto, easy to use and get the job done. I especially like that this jack is lightweight and small enough to fit in my gym bag while still being durable.”
