Life Fitness announce new product offerings for its ICG brand
Life Fitness has announced new solutions and product offerings for its award-winning ICG® (Indoor Cycling Group) brand, a specialist provider and market leader in indoor cycling.
For over 25 years, ICG has inspired riders with effective training programs and engaging cycling experiences that drive results. ICG continues to raise the bar for operators, instructors, and riders with the all new ICG Connect System and its portfolio of upgraded ICG Indoor Cycles.
The new ICG Connect System delivers an all-in-one multimedia solution for group cycling - integrating riders' real-time performance data with video-based programming.
The ICG Connect System
Syncs with the ICG Ecosystem, utilising Coach by Color® as the foundation to create an interactive and motivating group cycling experience.
Connects to users’ bikes, the instructor‘s tablet and the large in-studio screen – which all mirror the same performance metrics, user interface and programming to make coaching and following instruction easy.
The new floor standing tablet allows instructors to easily interact with riders, view performance metrics and select from a variety of new class programming options.
Riders are challenged to ride for, with and against each other to meet the group target, win team battles, and achieve personal bests in every class.
The Indoor Cycles, formerly known as “Life Fitness powered by ICG”, will now be solely branded “ICG” and feature an all-black design with the new ICG logo.
The Indoor Cycles feature:
An enhanced resistance dial which delivers tactile feedback to riders for higher precision.
An upgraded LCD console with mechanical buttons, digital heart rate pairing with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and ANT+, BLE data broadcast, and an optimised Coach By Color LED light.
Operators will benefit from improved serviceability and installation with the relocation of the console’s power cable outside of the slider mechanism and pre-mounting handlebar.
