Life Fitness Australia unveils new Arc Trainer

Leading commercial fitness equipment provider Life Fitness Australia has announced the addition of the new Life Fitness Arc Trainer to its industry-leading cardiovascular range.

The new Arc Trainers give users greater workout results in less time with an impact-free ‘3-in-1’ exercise that delivers maximum results.

The Life Fitness Arc Trainer offers broad incline and resistance ranges to do the work of three fitness machines in one. At the lower incline levels, the glide is a cross country skier. In the mid-range levels, the motion is a stride like an elliptical. At the high levels, it is the climb of a stepper or climber. Glide, Stride, and Climb.

The Life Fitness Arc Trainers are available as a Total-Body or a Lower-body training solution. The total-body configuration has moving arms with multi-grip handles and a lower-body stride to offer an engaging total-body workout.

It is ideal for new exercisers, those looking for a challenging high-intensity workout and everyone in between.

The lower-body configuration is designed to concentrate on the lower body movement only with stationary arms and cruiser grips for more control.

Both Total-Body and Lower-Body configurations are available with a variety of console options:

Discover SE3 HD Tablet Console - Features a high-definition (1080p) touch screen. Includes engaging features like entertainment apps, internet, TV, interactive courses and more.

Discover ST Console - Integrated HD TV and an intuitive touch screen offer a straight-forward entertainment experience for exercisers.

X Console - An advanced and easy to use console with a 7” touch screen.

C Console - The C console offers simplicity for exercisers who just want to get on and go.

The patented Arc pattern of motion allows the hip and knee to move synchronously while the foot stays under the knee, reducing joint pains and providing a more comfortable workout. Its broad incline and resistance range, consistency in proper positioning and superior biomechanics deliver great versatility. This means users have the opportunity to meet their own personal strength, power, endurance, cardio and weight loss goals more effectively and in less time.

Established in 1997, Life Fitness Australia has offices in six states with over 100 employees nationally.
