Leading commercial exercise equipment supplier Life Fitness Australia has introduced SYNRGY180, a comprehensive space-saving wall-adjacent storage and functional training system.

Mindful that every square metre counts in gyms and fitness studios, the fully customisable, space-saving modular ‘wall’ system comes with ample storage space to ensure facilities get a maximum return on investment.

The SYNRGY180 functional training system is a space-saving modular system for functional training that can be custom-configured as a simple single-bay training rig or expanded to be a full room multi-bay training rig with a variety of HIIT elements, through the addition of suspension straps, a power pivot, a rope pull, stall bars, and other accessories.

Designed for small group functional training - which can be coach-led or not – the system offers maximum flexibility to cater to both participants’ fitness levels and instructors’ programming needs.

The SYNRGY180 system also doubles as a wall-adjacent accessory storage unit and boasts a premium and inviting design that will enhance the aesthetics of any facility.
