Xplor Recreation partners with ActiveXchange to drive data-driven growth and social impact for recreation facilities
Membership management Xplor Recreation has announced an Australasia-wide partnership with data intelligence provider ActiveXchange.
The partnership sees Xplor’s API membership and activity data feeding seamlessly into ActiveXchange’s intelligence platform, which generates key insights relating to growth opportunities and market intelligence solutions, along with outcome and impact reporting and forecasting for facility operators.
This gives aquatic and recreation facilities to reach even further into their communities in order to make more informed ‘so what next’ decisions in order to better focus their resources. Importantly, it also means these organisations can evidence their Social Value, and the savings they’re making to society by getting local people more active more often.
Announcing the partnership, Lisa Turvey, Director of Recreation - Xplor, stated “at Xplor Recreation, we are excited to be partnering with ActiveXchange to empower leisure and recreation facilities to understand their communities better and make data-driven decisions that have a real impact.
“With the seamless integration of the Xplor Recreation API into ActiveXchange’s intelligence platform, we’re helping our clients unlock valuable insights, focus their resources strategically, and demonstrate the social value they contribute to their communities.
ActiveXchange founder and Chief Executive, Alex Burrows added “the more commercial and social value we can unlock from existing data on behalf of facilities the better, as ultimately this all leads toward more active and healthy communities, and more thriving delivery organisations.”
Xplor customers now have a choice of data intelligence plug-in modules:
Reach and Demand: optimising marketing budgets by focusing specifically on (AI-forecast) unmet demand in the local area, knowing who these people are and what program and membership they are most likely to purchase next - leveraging market insight and segment solutions can achieve up to 760% more leads from the same spend.
Program: optimise class timetables knowing what programs are most likely to engage more of your members and increase your overall membership lifetime value, leveraging the latest market intelligence - those who take part in group exercise stay an additional 3.96 months on average.
Operate: up to date performance metrics compared to relevant market benchmarks and trends to understand potential growth areas and set and then track realistic targets.
Retention: AI-based modelling to predict with 85%+ accuracy which members are likely to leave next, and the optimal ‘retention tools’ to re-engage these members before it’s too late - proactive re-engagement on average generates 3.26 months additional membership lifetime value.
