Xplor Technologies makes key appointments

Xplor Technologies, the USA-owned business management software and integrated payment solutions providers for the childcare, education, fitness and recreation industries, has made a series of changes in staffing of its Australian operations.

Michelle Furniss, who for the last year has been responsible for Xplor’s TrueCoach product, has been promoted to a new international position of General Manager - Gym, the company’s business management software for fitness clubs that offers fully integrated payments and access controls, delivering member insights and marketing automation.

Another change has seen Colin Walker move from his role of General Manager - Gyms and Studios AU/NZ to a new position as Director of Payments AU/NZ, heading Xplor’s payments division across Australia and New Zealand.

A series of departures at Xplor this year have seen Ginger Kidd leave her role as Vice President - Global Marketing, Jen Boffey exit her position as Head of Regional Marketing ANZ and Davin Miller move on from being Chief Executive of Xplor’s APAC Health and Fitness Division.

The respected Miller, who previously served as Chief Executive of Transaction Services Group and Debitsuccess ANZ prior to the acquisitions that led to the creation of Xplor, was responsible for expanding group revenue from $15 million a year to $110 million a year over an 11 year period.
