TSG acquires Legend Club Management Systems

Transaction Services Group (TSG), has today announced an agreement to acquire Legend Club Management Systems, a provider of software and services for the leisure management and public sector markets, primarily in the United Kingdom.

This follows global private equity investor Advent International having acquired a majority stake in TSG in June this year.

TSG provides business management software, integrated payments, and value-added services to the health and fitness industry and owns Links Modular Solutions, Debitsuccess and FFA PaySmart.
