Debitsuccess secures five CRM Contact Centre Awards

Building on its ongoing achievements as the leading full-service billing provider in Australasia, Debitsuccess has been recognised for its customer service excellence at the 2019 CRM/ CCINZ Awards.

Known as the Oscars of the Contact Centre industry in New Zealand, the CRM/ CCINZ Awards have been designed to recognise the best contact service professionals and businesses in New Zealand.

Presented on 20th September, Debitsuccess, through the Transactions Services Group, received five awards in what was a glittering, fun-filled night with over 700 guests in attendance:

• Outbound Awards: Diamond Award - 1st Place for Outbound Business to Consumer Calling in New Zealand
• Industry Sector Awards: Collections
• Favourite CSR: Cecilia Pedersen, Transaction Services Group
• Voted by the CRM Consulting Judges: Caytlyn Foley, Transaction Services Group
• Supreme Awards: Silver Award - thirrd Place for Customer Service in NZ (Contact Centre with over 50 seats)

Welcoming the acclaim, Larry Biddle, Debitsuccess Operations Manager, advised "these awards demonstrate Debitsucccess’ continued passion and dedication to do more for its customers."
