Xplor Technologies names new Chief Executive
Xplor Technologies has announced that Pamela Joseph has taken on the role of Chief Executive of the global 'everyday life' payment and technology platform, replacing Floris de Kort, who has stepped down for personal reasons to move back to Australia.
Joseph, currently Xplor's Executive Chairperson, has over three decades of experience leading and advising innovative technology companies.
Commenting on the appointment, Chris Egan, Managing Partner at Xplor Technologies' owner Advent International, stated “Pam is a proven operator and a great leader. She has been closely involved in driving Xplor’s growth journey as Executive Chairperson, and we are excited to see her transition into the CEO role."
Additionally, Justin LaChance has also been appointed Chief Financial Officer, with effect from 1st October, replacing Scott Maud who is returning to New Zealand.
LaChance has 20 years of both public and private company experience. Most recently, he engaged in the carve-out of Refinitiv, from Thomson Reuters, focusing on repositioning the US$6 billion revenue business for growth and its ultimate sale and integration into the London Stock Exchange Group.

New Zealand Contact Centre Awards
Following a tradition for excellence established by DebitSuccess and the Transaction Services Group, Xplor Technologies has been recognised at the recent 2022 New Zealand CRM Contact Centre Award.
Xplor secured four Awards, with the business securing an industry award for member services, placing third in the Supreme Award and Outbound Suprement Award categories and with team member Sasha Walker named of the six won 1 of the 6 best customer service representative in the country.
The Xplor contact centre is led Larry Biddle (Xplor Operations Manager) whose team look after Xplor Debit Success in both Australia and New Zealand and Paysmart by Xplor in New Zealand.
The Advent International owned Xplor Technologies was formed in 2021 by the merger of Transaction Services Group, the New Zealand-founded provider of business management software and integrated payments for the subscription economy and Clearent, a US-based payment solutions provider.
