Vivaticket announces partnership with Redeam

Ticketing and access control solutions provider Vivaticket has announced a link with experience industry technology company Redeam that it expects will enhance marketplace convenience for clients.

With over 25 years of experience in the integrated electronic ticketing sector, Vivaticket’s new partnership will help facilitate Redeam’s growth within key markets such as leading sporting events, live experiences, amusement and theme parks and other cultural attractions.

Based in the US state of Colorado, US, Redeam works with a wide portfolio of resellers and partners including Expedia, Groupon and JetBlue Travel. Through these, thousands of attraction and activity operators can be accessed, such as Caesars Entertainment, ExperienceHub and Disney park venues.

The firm has won a number of accolades for its work in the leisure industry including PhocusWire’s Top 20 Start-Ups to Watch (2019) and the Future Travel Experience Startup Competition Winner (2018).

Announcing the partnership, Redeam Chief Executive, Melanie Meador advised “Vivaticket has transformed operations for some of the world’s most prestigious attractions, and likewise, Redeam shares similar philosophy about digitizing and innovating for our industry.

“We foresee the outcome of this new partnership moving quite quickly from formalization to activation so our two companies can deliver more bookings more quickly to our mutual large-scale attraction and live experiences customers.”

With a client roster includes global landmarks including Paris’ Eiffel Tower and The Louvre, as well as new locations in the United Arab Emirates such as Ferrari World Abu Dhabi and Expo 2020 Dubai, Vivaticket Executive Chairman, Luca Montebugnoli noted “we are very excited to announce this new strategic partnership with Redeam that will allow us to offer unlimited experiences and revenues opportunities for our clients, with the ease of one connection.”

Earlier this month Redeam announced a partnership with Ticketmaster while last year, Vivaticket announced it has provided its facial recognition services to events in Dubai, leading to a more efficient experience for guests.
