Vivaticket announces release of enta software update

Vivaticket has revealed enta 4.11.4, the next version of the Vivaticket solution, offering users additional functionalities and performance improvements including a tokenised payment method.

An enhanced version of the hugely successful Vivaticket solution, with enta 4.11.4 Vivaticket has produced a number of new functionalities, including an integration with the Card Access Services (CAS), EFTPOS integration, a new Back Office Application for managing GDPR, as well as enhanced Audit Trail and System Parametres.

Other new features include Discount Deposits for Reservations, Ordering of Season names in Profile Data Access, Ability to Reprint Proforma invoices from Make A Booking, and the ability to select either the Venue or Ticket address to print via Boca Printers.

In enta 4.11.4, Vivaticket has completely rewritten the Audit Trail to ensure all touchpoints in the system are logged and available for review. This includes both PA-DSS requirements to log payment application activity and non-PA-DSS activity, such as performance creation and changes, customer purchases and returns, or editing a customer record.

With enta 4.11.4, users are able to determine and direct the look and feel of the transactional pages to match their own preferences, from the theming, to the page flow and branding. Users are in complete control throughout to ensure a customised website optimises conversion and engagement, minimises drop-out and is a true flagship for the organisation’s strategic vision.
