Vivaticket celebrates 2019 achievements and strives for continued success
Following a very successful year for Vivaticket, 2019 saw 10 new clients join the enta community using its leading ticketing, marketing and CRM solution. Frankston Arts Centre, Sydney Philharmonia Choirs, Geelong PAC, Red Stitch Actors Theatre, Sydney Festival, and Kingston Arts Centre are just some of the new venues and organisations that have been welcomed into the enta family.
Vivaticket Managing Director, John Godwin advises “it is great to have these new customers join our many long standing and loyal clients… It is also pleasing to see that the hard work and dedication provided by the Australian support team has continued to improve the local delivery and functionality for our customers.”
During an uncertain time, the Vivaticket ticketing and CRM solutions has also seen further functionality enhancements and additions, many of which have addressed our customers’ requests.
Penrith Performing and Visual Arts Chief Executive, Hania Radvan praised the Vivaticket Team for its dedication to help with the many challenges being experienced, as a result of the current pandemic.
“… thank you and your team for being there, for being so incredibly supportive and responsive – and frankly proactive.
"The security of having your advice, remote instructions, improved reporting, account set up... the list goes on, has removed so much stress at this ridiculously difficult time as we deal with a rolling list of endless cancellations and refunds.
"Out of all our various service providers I can confidently say that Vivaticket has been the exceptional partner. This period could (and would) have been so much harder without you all.”
Continuing to activate the many opportunities that the pandemic provides while also using the time to enhance our solutions and services for our customers is Vivaticket’s core focus at this time.
