Vivaticket celebrates successes of Monkey Baa Theatre Company
Having welcomed the Monkey Baa Theatre Company when they went live with its enta solution back in September 2018, Vivaticket is acknowledging and celebrating the recent achievements of Sydney-based children's theatre.
Reflecting on the 2019 Glug Award and 2019 Sydney Theatre Award bestowed on Monkey Baa for Josephine Wants to Dance, Vivaticket Managing Director, John Godwin stated "seeing our clients succeed is the best outcome for us.
"We’re in the business of supporting arts and culture organisations like Monkey Baa to be their best and continuing delivering exception theatre experiences for young Australians.
"We know it’s a small team at Monkey Baa and the functionality rich solution that is enta gives them a flexible, efficient and cost-effective way to manage their ticket selling, donations and customer relationships."
Monkey Baa Theatre Company’s Executive Director Jeremy Miller confirms Vivaticket’s solution as their complete solution, commenting "now that we’ve been using enta for a few months we’re starting to explore the more advanced features and opportunities within the software."
Many of Australia’s leading theatres and arts organisations are migrating to Vivaticket to give them a best practice and cost-effective ticketing and CRM solution.
Vivaticket provides the organisations with a functionally rich solution that grows with their ever-extending needs. This constant migration has been attributed to the outstanding ticketing and CRM software solution and the attentive and proactive support provided by the Enta Support Team.
Speaking about the experience of working with Vivaticket’s support team, Miller added "it’s a simple matter of picking up the phone to the support team.
"They all know us, know our business and our setup, so in a short conversation all of our questions are solved."
