enta customers lead ticketing and marketing opportunities

enta Australasia recently brought together over 50 clients to review the latest technology advancements in ticketing, marketing and customer service for Australia’s leading performing arts venues.

Held in Brisbane, the enta Customer Day saw clients introduced to the latest integration with Make It Social, an integral part of the enta experience. The integration allows patrons to experience social ticketing with the ability to purchase tickets with their friends – with each friend to pay for their tickets separately and online.

Other discussions and demonstrations included the latest developments with e-marketing software integrations, venue management integrations, website developments, payment gateway integrations, data analysis tools and ticket printer alternatives.

Jacoba Kelly, Customer Service Coordinator at The Capital, Bendigo walked the clients through the enta functionality that she cherishes and utilises on a day to day basis.

This included giving hotels and attractions around Bendigo the opportunity to sell tickets themselves directly from the enta software, how she deals with new venues coming online and how she is able to run multiple brandings without the customer being aware that the day to day setup is all under one umbrella.

John Godwin, Managing Director, of enta Australasia, announced that it was the largest gathering of enta clients in Australia.

Godwin stated “our customers understand our commitment to help them succeed. This was an opportunity for everyone to share and enta to deliver the latest solutions to the Australasian marketplace.

“Our Clients range from small venues holding less than a hundred people to some of the biggest ticketing organisations in Australia. Each client is able to learn from each other about what makes their experience unique. It is a rare opportunity that venues of all sizes can take something away and help improve their business.”

enta Customer Day is an annual event for all its Australasian clients backed by the Best Union Group, a worldwide leader in of innovative ticketing solution in over 30 countries.
