Vivaticket Australia celebrates successful 2020 and progresses with new developments in 2021

Despite the challenges of 2020, the year for Vivaticket Australia and its leading Ticketing and CRM solution was one of much success, triumph and tenacity. Vivaticket continued to flourish – welcoming new valued customers to the Vivaticket family including Ten Days on the Island, SEA Museum (Australian National Maritime Museum), Civic Theatre Newcastle, Civic Theatre Townsville, Burdekin Theatre and installed at all three of the Museum Victoria sites. 

In line with its growing customer base, Vivaticket Australia continues to adapt and enhance where necessary, to produce unparalleled services, and a leading solution for clients, and client’s patrons.  Development has also continued with a number of new functionalities and enhancements. 

On the development front, Vivaticket Australia has been receiving some excellent feedback from local clients regarding the new version of Report Scheduler. Many clients are now scheduling reports on their mobile phones due its convenience.

Acting on customer feedback, the Vivaticket team is also currently trialling two new features which are hoped to be released very soon; the ability to create your Subject Line and Email Text for each scheduled report, and in the report dropdown, the Report Folder names now group the individual reports.

There has also been further development of ACVI (Access Control Verification Interface). Some of these new features include: Tickets Sold and Current Attendance information at the top of the screen, the ability to manually validate tickets with a handheld scanner, the ability to scan with a camera scanner, and the ability to see information about each ticket holder.

All developments are designed to be mobile responsive to allow your front of house staff to help customers and problem solve at an event.

This success has been directly reflected through Vivaticket’s new services, functionalities, and impressive client portfolio. Now, Vivaticket only continues to thrive in 2021, with the past year setting the bar for new achievements.
