TryBooking releases calendar feature to benefit existing and new clients

Melbourne-based self-service booking platform, TryBooking has announced the release of a heavily requested calendar feature that will not only benefit existing clients such as theatres,  and tourism venues but will also bring benefits to new sectors - from mini golf courses to wellness studios.

This new feature will allow TryBooking clients to showcase their session times in a ‘Calendar Display’.  This is beneficial for theatres and tourism venues that often run multiple session times over multiple days and will also bring benefits to new clients who will now be able to use TryBooking to manage bookings.

Jeffery McAlister, TryBooking Managing Director notes “we are excited to release this new feature that will speed up the ticket purchasing process for our clients who use multiple session times for their events and provide ticket buyers a new way to find the right session time.”

‘Calendar Display’ is crucial for event organisers looking to get on their buyer’s good side. No more scrolling to find the right session time, now buyers can find the session that works for them “in a blink of an eye.”

‘Calendar Display’ allows multiple session times to be displayed in an all-in-one visual display, with ticket buyers being able to see dates, availability and times without scrolling through a list.

The new calendar feature also provides a quick and easy way for ticket buyers to find the right ticket and speeding up event organisers ticket purchasing process, with one simple option.

Event organisers can use this display to provide more information for each session as well for their ticket buyers. From providing further important information before purchasing and providing real time and transparent numbers of available spots left in a session.

Multiple sessions for any event can be easily set up without worrying about the look of the event page for ticket buyers. Simply, set and forget. The new feature allows ticket buyers to find and book the session times that suit them, while event organiser focus on their event.

‘Calendar Display’ will be enabled by default when event organisers create more than one session on TryBooking. You can choose to disable the feature under Home & Images within the Basic Information section of your event.
