Priava introduce new floor planning module for COVIDSafe events

Priava has introduced a new module - Floor Planning - that can help venues coordinate COVIDSafe events. Priava are offering a free three-month trial of the module.

Unlike existing Priava optional modules, Floor Planning is a standalone module that can be used in isolation (no need to be a Priava customer). It allows you to create detailed 2D venue and event layouts using simple drag-and-drop functionality.  

Floor Planning allows venues to

•Save Time – It’s quick to set up and even quicker to create bespoke floor plans for your clients. With real-time inventory, you will save significant amounts of time that you would have lost using outdated software or systems that aren’t fit for purpose - like Microsoft Paint, Excel or Word.

•Increase Revenue – Stop losing valuable business by underselling your venue’s capacity. Floor Planning helps you to create exact scale layouts that will optimise your venue space by up to 30%.

•Coordinate COVIDSafe Events – Ensure social distancing restrictions are met and factor in necessary equipment like boundaries for entry and exit points, hand sanitiser stations.
