Priava release new Venue Relationships feature

Priava advise that now more than ever, venue and event managers need to rethink how they use their rooms and facilities for different types of events - both big and small - to maximise venue occupancy.

With this in mind, Priava has released a brand-new feature called Venue Relationships.

Venue Relationships has been purpose-built in response to the requests from their customers to be able to create parent/child relationships between venues.

This advanced feature complements the logistics of using the spaces separately or as a whole and further prevents booking conflicts.

Venue Relationships is the perfect solution for:

  • Large sporting grounds that can be reserved exclusively or divided into smaller fields/pitches for multiple games/matches that happen simultaneously

  • Parklands that offer individual lawns/gardens for weddings & events or that can be booked as a whole for festivals and public events

  • Conference Centres with large auditoriums as well as smaller meeting rooms and breakout spaces that are used in conjunction with one another for large-scale conferences and conventions

  • Unique venues that have composite spaces or multiple rooms/facilities that can be booked simultaneously by different parties or grouped together under a single booking to create larger areas for meetings and events
