1,000,000 events successfully managed using Priava
Since launching its cloud-based system in 2013, Priava users have now successfully managed more than one million events and venue bookings.
In that time, Priava customers have used the system to manage events including product launches, conferences, weddings, staff meetings, community events, school functions, exhibition openings, live theatre performances, religious ceremonies and sports field bookings.
Priava Chief Executive James Pegum explains “we designed Priava to be flexible and to cater to a wide variety of clients within the venue and event management industry and beyond. As a result, we have seen Priava used to manage all sorts of events and venue bookings, big and small.
“This milestone is a huge achievement not only for our development team but also for our support and account management teams who have worked closely with our clients to help them to streamline their event and venue booking processes and to make sure they are getting the most out of the system.
“While the number in itself is impressive, what I am most proud of is the fact each one of these million events demonstrates the effectiveness of Priava.

Last month saw the company launch a new Online Bookings module that allows Priava customers to give people the ability to check availability and create bookings including venues, event details, catering and inventory requirements and process payments all on their own.
The self-service module, for both administrators and site users, is easy to set up (a booking site can be created, customised and published in 20 minutes) while offering ongoing real-time updates.
Online Bookings is particularly beneficial for organisations that have multiple meeting rooms, event spaces, halls, sporting grounds, and other facilities that are in high-demand and that need to be booked by internal staff and clients on a self-service basis.
