Venue Management Association names Priava as principal partner for next three years
The Venue Management Association (Asia and Pacific) Limited [VMA] has announced a three year extension of its partnership with Asia-Pacific Venue Industry Congress Principal Sponsor, Priava.
As a global leader in venue and event management software, Priava has chosen to extended their partnership beyond the VMA Congress to become the first to sign as an Association Partner, providing year round brand association for the software leader.
Announcing the new deal, VMA President, Steve Harper CVE stated “we are delighted to welcome back Priava in this extended partnership. They have been strong supporters of the Asia-Pacific Venue Industry Congress and the venue management industry for a number of years.
“Extending both the term and scope of our relationship is testament to the great value that the VMA can bring to our industry partners.”
“Representing the venue industry professionals in our region and creating meaningful and valuable connections between those members and the supply side of the business helps create a vibrant and dynamic industry.”
In announcing the $240,000 partnership to industry leaders in Melbourne and Sydney last week, Priava Chief Executive James Pegum advised “I am thrilled that we’ve been able to continue our support of the VMA - this deal will take our principal sponsorship to five years overall and cements Priava as the system of choice to run venues around the Asia Pacific.
“Our global growth, underpinned by venues choosing Priava to power their venues, enables our continued support of industry associations around the world. There are a number of special initiatives that will be announced at this year’s VMA Congress in Melbourne so make sure you’re there to explore the content and networking with your peers.”
Being held in Melbourne from 26th to 28th of May 2019, the Asia-Pacific Venue Industry Congress is the largest gathering of venue industry professionals in the Asia-Pacific region, bringing together more than 400 key decision makers for three days of education, networking and celebration. Incorporating the 2019 Venue Industry Awards and Gala Dinner, the Congress has cemented its place as the must-attend venue industry meet up.
With this year’s Congress theme focusing on innovating and adapting for the future, more than 50 domestic and international speakers are expected to deliver 20 sessions addressing the industry’s most pressing topics.
