2019 VMA Industry Awards to celebrate the unsung heroes of the venue industry
The Venue Management Association (Asia and Pacific) Limited [VMA] has opened nominations for its 2019 member awards.
Looking to celebrate the unsung heroes of the venue industry, the Awards are presented in three categories: Venue Professional of the Year Award; Young Achiever of the Year Award and the Allied Professional of the Year Award, the awards recognise significant and outstanding contributions made by Active, Allied and Young financial members of the VMA.
Amended in 2016 - the first year in which the VMA presented three awards - the Venue Professional of the Year Award is awarded to a single individual, irrespective of whether they are an Active or Allied VMA Member.
In addition, the Young Achiever of the Year Award is awarded to only one Nominee irrespective of whether they are an Active or Allied VMA Member.
The awards will be presented at the 2019 Asia-Pacific Venue Industry Congress being held in Melbourne from 26th to 28th May 2019.
Nominations close on Sunday 31st March 2019.
