Participate in the 2014 Sportspeople Salary Survey
Emerging data from the 2014 Sportspeople Salary Survey shows that 26% of male respondents earn a full time base salary $100,000 or more, compared to just 6% of females.
With data collection for the 2014 Sportspeople Salary Survey underway, industry professionals are encouraged to contribute.
And for those who want to see how their salary compares to others, answering nine quick questions will help Sportspeople find out.
Sportspeople has been conducting research into salaries and conditions in the aquatic, fitness and sport sector since 1996 and over this time has published a number of hallmark industry reports on issues such as workplace trends and remuneration.
The data Sportspeople collects is freely available at the Sportspeople Library and is widely used by job seekers, employers, government agencies and researchers.
The 2014 Sportspeople Salary Survey has been designed to collect data on salary levels across the aquatic, fitness and sport sector with the intention of being repeated annually to determine any changes and if so, the quantum of these shifts.
Consistent with all previous surveys, all responses to the 2014 Sportspeople Salary Survey are confidential and we do not collect any information that will identify you.
The results will be published at the Sportspeople website late 2014.
Findings from the 2013 Sportspeople Salary Survey (see below) showed that salaries for professionals in the aquatic, fitness and sport sectors had failed to keep pace with national average weekly earnings data over the previous two years.
