Service Skills Australia Excellence Awards Accepting Nominations

Service Skills Australia is accepting nominations for the 2012 Service Skills Australia Excellence Awards.

The awards recognise individual trainers, registered training organisations and employers who are setting high standards in the delivery of quality skills training and workplace learning.

Award categories are:

Trainer Excellence Award: Recognises individual trainers and assessors who strive for excellence, best practice and innovation in the delivery of nationally recognised training that meets the needs of the services industries.

Industry Collaboration/Partnership Award: Recognises registered training organisations and businesses that have formed innovative partnerships to develop programs and strategies that meet the needs of the service industries.

Awards will be presented at the Awards Dinner that will be held as part of the Service Skills Australia National Conference at the Sofitel Brisbane on 27th February 2011.

The Service Skills Australia Excellence Awards provide a unique opportunity to showcase the achievements of individuals and organisations to fellow industry peers and professionals. It is a chance to share success stories and be recognised as a leader and significant contributor in training and workforce development.

Applications must address the selection criteria, include supporting documents and be returned to Service Skills Australia by Friday 2nd December 2011.
