AnyClass fitness pass initiative launches in Sydney
AnyClass, a new no contract, subscription gym use pass that allows people to attend unlimited fitness classes at more than 250 participating studios, has been launched in Sydney.
At a cost of $25 per week the no contract gym pass is being promoted as an alternative to the “tired fitness routines that can be both restrictive and repetitive”. Members of AnyClass can access thousands of classes across Sydney each week including Pilates, anti-gravity yoga, SaltRoom Meditation, boxing, Circuit, outdoor boot camps and pole dancing.
Following the success of ClassPass in the USA, AnyClass is one of a trio of no contract membership pass systems to have launched in Sydney over recent months.
AnyClass allows users to vary their exercise routines in order to increase the effectiveness of their training, allowing members to try different classes and exercise mediums at specifically selected studios with no commitment.
AnyClass founder Elena Torriani explains “we are proud to offer a service that enables users to have the variety they crave to put the fun and flexibility back in to exercise.
“Coming from a family that has run gyms for many years, I have used these insights to create AnyClass, which is essentially a one-stop-shop that provides unlimited access to thousands of classes across Sydney everyday of the week.
“We pride ourselves of the level of service that we provide our members with post sign up and choose to only work with studios and gyms that recognise how important this is.”
AnyClass is available online and via a dedicated iPhone app that allows members to view the comprehensive studio/gym list available and book classes directly.
Users are restricted to taking a maximum of three classes at the same studio in any month with AnyClass emphasising that their initiative does not replace gym or studio, rather that AnyClass allows users to spread their fitness routine across a range of studios.
While currently operational in Sydney, AnyClass is in the process of expanding into other cities.
To date, AnyClass’ largest group of users are young women including professionals, students and mothers.

An Android app is currently being developed and is due for release in the near future.
