Bahrain First for Fitness First

Fitness First has opened its first site in Bahrain.

Located in the Bahrain World Trade Centre (BWTC), the Kingdom's leading mixed-use commercial development, the 2,600 metre2 health club features a 100-station gym, two studios offering over 100 group exercise classes a week, an outdoor swimming pool and relaxation area overlooking the Arabian Gulf and a sauna and steam room.

Announcign the opening,  Gary Knill, Chief Executive for Fitness First in the Middle East, says "we are entering into our third year of expansion in the Middle East. With the addition of this exceptional site in Bahrain we now have 10 clubs in Dubai, Jordan and Lebanon with new facilities opening in Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Qatar in 2008."

Members will also be able to use any of the 500 Fitness First clubs around the world.
