New pool inflatable launched at Mount Isa’s Splashez Aquatic Centre
Aiming to offer more amusement options for its young patrons, the Splashez Aquatic Centre in Mount Isa has today introduced a new pool inflatable.
Following tests to ensure its safe operation, the inflatable is open for those five years old and over Those wanting to use the new inflatable will be given an arm band for access with a rule of ‘No arm band, no play’.
The swimming pool closed for a six-week upgrade in September and reopened with new shade structures, new barbecues, new lighting, solar roofing and a private function area that is available for hire.
Final works including new tiling in Splahez main pool will be undertaken as of next weekend.
The works are part of a $7.5 million upgrade to the Family Fun Precinct.
