MessageMedia offers free SMS support package for fitness business owners

Mindful of the need for fitness businesses to engage with members and clients, SMS platform MessageMedia is offering operators a new free SMS support package to help reconnect with members.

With fitness clubs across Australia beginning to operate again, the free digital service can help to retain and rebuild their clientele.

A  MessageMedia spokesperson advises “during lockdown, many customers turned to at-home fitness options to adapt to the new climate leaving PTs, studios and gyms behind for owners to start again almost from scratch.”

The SMS support package includes:

• Free use of their SMS services this includes free messaging credits, plus a dedicated phone number to promote to your customers.
• Assistance with getting up and running with one of its messaging experts.
• Access to advice and tools via its customer resources hub, such as high-performing messaging templates that is continually updated as conditions change.

This package can be used for workout plans, training reminders, promotion of upcoming classes, or re-opening updates. With 90% of text messages being read within 90 seconds of being delivered, businesses will notice a jump in client engagement.
