Ignite Fitness Business Summit 2024 sells out

Organiser Mel Tempest has advised that this Friday’s Ignite Fitness Business Summit has sold out while just a handful of delegate places remain for the pioneering Ignite Women’s Health Summit on Saturday 3rd August.

Being held at Melbourne’s Crowne Plaza, the Ignite Fitness Business Summit will be addressed by leading decision-makers and fitness professionals, who will discuss emerging trends, strategies and business growth while a series of roundtable sessions will address sales, retention, social media and recruitment.

Speakers include Craig Harper, Barrie Elvish, Lisa Lord, Mel Curtain, Grant Gamble, Ben Donhardt, Nigel Benton, Steve Jensen, Richard Toutounji, Justin Tamsett, Michael Friedman, Emmett Williams, Daz Wrigley, Scott Hunt, Reece Zondag and Mel Tempest.

In addition, Katherine Stewart, Senior Associate at Velocity Legal, will present a keynote providing into essential updates in employment law, from navigating the complexities of casual and contractor arrangements to understanding the evolving right to disconnect.

This session will see delegates gain invaluable insights to ensure legal compliance and foster positive workplace relationships in an ever-changing regulatory landscape.

Ignite Women’s Health Summit
Being held on Saturday, the Ignite Women’s Health Summit will delve into the specialised field of menopause, postpartum, nutrition and female training in a format dedicated to educating fitness professionals on creating impactful wellness programs for women in different life cycles and empowering themselves and their clients through this transformative phase.

Edwina Griffin will open the day by presenting on bullying in the workplace and mental health.

Looking forward to both events, Tempest (pictured) explains that “prepare for two days of impactful learning and networking with new speakers and new sponsors these events are designed to inspire, educate and elevate the fitness industry.”
