Ignite Fitness Business to offer innovative platform for growth and development

Designed to offer industry professionals an innovative platform for growth and development, the Ignite Fitness Business is returning to Melbourne in September.

Being held on 14th September at the Crown Plaza Melbourne, Summit organiser, Mel Tempest, owner of the Ballarat Body & Soul Genesis 24/7 gym and the creator of the Gym Owners Fitness Business Podcast, explains that the event “is a golden opportunity for independent gym owners, personal trainers and sales teams to take their business to new heights”.

Explaining the compelling reasons why professionals in the industry and those thinking of entering it should grab one of the remaining tickets and attend this transformative event, Tempest advises “our events allow for more personalisation allowing attendees to approach speakers to discuss everyday issues.”

With 20 diverse speakers and seven 25-minute roundtable discussions each hosted by industry experts, attendees will have the chance to learn from the best minds in the fitness industry with personable questions and answers.

Tempest (pictured below) states “these talks will provide a wealth of valuable insights into how to optimise sales strategies, how mystery shopping is improving profits, leverage social media and digital marketing resources you can implement free.”

Elvish will also be making himself available to meet with all professionals on the day.

Tempest notes “in addition to these enriching sessions, there's a unique opportunity to gain knowledge on how to navigate complex business aspects that are crucial for success but are often overlooked.

“The event will cover the latest conflict issues and human resources tools, and out reach strategies to foster a more inclusive business … resources that are invaluable in today's ever-evolving business landscape, ensuring you stay updated, compliant, and can lead a diverse team.

“Another significant advantage of attending this event is the opportunity to network at the drinks event at the end of the day. With a gathering of likeminded professionals, Ignite Fitness Business event offers a platform for collaboration, creating lasting business relationships and potential partnerships. The knowledge exchanged, and the connections made at this event could be the catalyst to take your business from being 'good' to 'great’.”

Among a range of innovative and industry leading speakers, a keynote presentation from motivational speaker Craig Harper will consider high performance in business and life, franchising expert Belinda Amis from Fernwood Female Fitness will discuss success in franchising and event silver sponsors Velocity Legal will explain industry demands on leases, fit outs, common pitfalls and critical issues into franchising.

The Summit will also hear AUSactive Chief Executive Barrie Elvish delivering a closing keynote talk about Medicare, the body’s achievements since rebranding from Fitness Australia and its objectives for the future.

Easy Payment with Afterpay
In recognising that financial flexibility is key for small businesses and independent professionals, the event organisers have partnered with Afterpay to offer delegates the ability to spread the cost of the event over four equal instalments, making it more accessible and budget-friendly.

With a nominal fee of $249 via Afterpay, or an even more attractive price of $199 using the promo code VIPFRIEND at checkout, Tempest says “this investment in your business' future is a steal”.

Tempest adds “often we attend large events and although we leave on a high we often miss the opportunity for one-on-one conversation with experts

“Ignite creates creative conversation (so for) independent gym owners, managers, personal trainers, and sales teams, it's time to elevate your game.”
