FitHer women’s health and fitness expo heads to Brisbane

FitHer, the consumer-oriented health and fitness expo focused on women, is heading to Brisbane for the first time this July, after its successful inaugural event at ICC Sydney in October 2023.

Designed for women of all ages who want to become the fittest versions of themselves, FitHer will feature popular trainers, interactive events, product demonstrations, live workouts and exhibits.

Brisbane Exhibition and Convention Centre will play host to the exciting two-day exhibition across Saturday 27th July and Sunday 28th July, where FitHer Brisbane has secured an impressive lineup of some of Australia’s renowned and influential trainers including the likes of internet sensation Chontel Duncan with over one million loyal followers, Co-Founder of The Ground Australia Cass Olholm, and ex Biggest Loser trainers Tiff Hall and Libby Babet.

Guests will see trainers host live events, fitness demonstrations, and have exclusive access to their health and wellness tips.

A variety of fitness firms will also showcase the newest innovations in women's health and fitness. Women of all ages are expected to attend the expo which will encompass a wide range of live workouts and categories including fashion, nutrition, beauty, travel, and leisure.

FitHer founder and Chief Executive, Emma Price enthused “we are thrilled to bring the FitHer expo to Brisbane for the very first time, to showcase some of the biggest names and brands in the women’s health and fitness space and provide a really empowering weekend for Queensland women.

“We’re really excited for an incredible weekend supporting and inspiring women to be the best version of themselves.”

FitHer will be held at the Brisbane Exhibition and Convention Centre from 9am - 4pm (Saturday 27th July) and 10am - 4 pm (Sunday 28th July). Tickets are $20 for a one-day General Admission ticket or $30 for a weekend pass. They are available now on the FitHer website
