Flash sale for AALARA 2023 conference registrations

The Australian Amusement, Leisure and Recreation Association (AALARA) has revealed an early bird 'flash sale' of reduced cost registrations, with delegates able to save hundreds of dollars, for its 2023 Conference - being held at Sofitel Broadbeach on the Gold Coast from 8th to 11th May.

Announcing the sale, AALARA Inc General Manager, Kristy Ahrens explained “if you've been thinking about booking your tickets for AALARA23 - the industry's only event in Australia - then there's never been a better time!

The early bird ends on Sunday and there's now a team discount.”

With an impressive line-up of talented and dynamic industry leaders and speakers to present leadership, educational, safety and training sessions throughout the event, AALARA’s 2023 Conference will offer delegates new insights, ideas and inspiration for attractions businesses to look forward to doing things differently.

With the theme 'Branding. Building. Business.' AALARA’s 2023 Conference offers 15 conference sessions over three days along with three networking functions.

Welcoming IAAPA’s incoming Chairman Jim Pattison
The Conference will also be welcoming Jim Pattison, Chairman of the USA-based International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) and Chief Executive of Ripley Entertainment.

Set to deliver one of the keynote addresses, Pattison will provide a global perspective on the post-pandemic resurgence of the attractions sector.

Making the most of Ripley’s “believe it or not” mantra, Pattison recently stated “we’ve been through three really hard years.

“In tough times we’ve had to look after our guests; we’ve had to look after our employees. We have to look after our families. We have to look after all of the people that surround us in our daily lives, and a lot of tough decisions were made.

“(But) now its time to start having fun.”

The flash sale for AALARA’s 2023 Conference closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on Sunday 19th March 2023.
