Fernwood Fitness opens premium facility in Kirrawee

The Fernwood Fitness franchise group has opened its latest club in Kirrawee, situated in southern Sydney, which offers a health, fitness and wellness destination aimed at elevating women’s wellbeing.

Fernwood Kirrawee opened on 7th September 2023, after months of careful planning, featuring a massive development footprint of 717square metres.

The brand-new space includes childminding so mothers can easily prioritise their health, luxury changerooms and facilities, a wellness recovery space offering infrared saunas, and so much more.

Members can expect Fernwood’s premium support, services and classes they know and love, the latest cardio and weight training equipment, Fernwood’s signature small group functional training program FIIT30, plus reformer  Pilates, yoga, and wellness offerings.

Fernwood Kirrawee owner Filipa Ferreira shared “this experience of opening another club where women can confidently train, enjoy some me-time, and prioritise their health and wellness has been such a rewarding experience. Among the opening attendees were industry consultant Amanda Bracks and Technogym representatives.
