Respected fitness sales and marketing leader Amanda Bracks has established a new consultancy, Bracks Consulting.
Bracks aims to help aquatic, fitness and recreation operators by offering affordable business coaching specialising in retention systems, membership sales, marketing advice, motivation and staff training.
As she explains "it doesn't matter how big an aquatic centre is or how small a personal training studio is, my consultancy will be able to help operators generate significant income growth by developing sales, marketing and retention strategies and injecting motivation, energy and confidence into staff teams by giving them the skills they need to be successful."
