F45 Training launches limited-edition F45 x HYROX Run Club series

F45 Training, a global leader in Functional Fitness, has launched its limited-edition F45 x HYROX Run Club series, commencing this June in the lead-up to the highly anticipated F45 HYROX Sydney Race being held 4th to 6th July 2025.

HYROX is the global sport of fitness racing , inspiring people worldwide to engage in one of the healthiest forms of training and competition. In HYROX participants run 8 X 1 KM laps with a functional workout between each lap, participants can run as individuals, in doubles or as a relay team of four.

Building upon the successful partnership established in 2024, where F45 served as HYROX’s Premium Training Partner, the two fitness powerhouses are uniting once again. This collaboration underscores their shared commitment to delivering best-in-class training, fostering community-driven exercise, and promoting functional fitness for individuals at all levels.

To prepare Sydneysiders for the Sydney HYROX three day event, F45 is introducing the official F45 x HYROX Run Club - an outdoor training series set to kick off on Saturday, 21st June. These high-energy sessions held on 21st and 28th  June at various tracks across Sydney, invite both F45 members and non-members to train alongside global athletes and HYROX champions in a supportive, community-first environment. The Run Club is designed to build endurance, boost confidence, and strengthen connections - hallmarks of the F45 and HYROX experience.

In addition to the 8km run-club offerings, F45 will host a special shake-out run on 3rd July, providing race-goers with an optimal pre-event training opportunity. This session embodies F45’s commitment to effective, functional training with community at its core.

Participants will have the unique opportunity to train alongside HYROX World Champion and PUMA Ambassador Meg Martin, who will be co-hosting the Shakeout Run with Olympian and F45 Global Athlete, Morgan Mitchell.

Through the run-club series, elite, F45 Global Athletes Peter Day and Alice Evans will share their expertise in hosting pre-race participant warm-up, pace the groups and offer tips on how to prepare for optimal endurance on competition day.

Adrian Furminger, General Manager of F45 Training APAC, invites Australians to experience the dynamic world of F45 HYROX and notes  "at F45, we believe functional fitness should be within everyone's reach. The energy and excitement surrounding F45 HYROX is truly unparalleled. We've initiated this inclusive run club where all people can engage in our top-tier training programs, supported by our welcoming community and network."

To support the F45 HYROX Run Club Series, F45 will proudly partner with RedBull, offering complementary refreshments for all participants, and merch available for purchase.

PUMA the official partner of the Shakeout Run, will have a limited number of NITRO™ running shoes available to trial on the day - including standout Deviate NITRO™ Elite 3, the ultimate race day shoe. Trials will be subject to sizing and availability.

F45 has also teamed up with Dr Hydrate for the Shakeout Run to keep participants energised and hydrated throughout the event.
