F45 Training offers exclusive co-developed HYROX training programs

With F45 Training, a leading functional fitness community, back as the official training and naming partner for mass participation fitness challenge, HYROX when it is returns to Sydney this July, a number of exclusive co-developed HYROX training programs are being delivered to help Australians prepare for one of the biggest fitness races in the world.

F45 Training was named the official HYROX training partner in October 2024 with Adrian Furminger, F45 Training APAC General Manager noting the ongoing partnership reflects a powerful alignment between two global fitness leaders dedicated to community, performance, and accessibility.

Dubbed "The World Series of Fitness Racing", HYROX has taken the global fitness scene by storm with its challenging format that combines running and functional workout stations in a race against the clock of 8 x 1km runs, each followed by a gruelling workout station. Open to individuals, pairs, and teams, the circuit-based competition welcomes everyday fitness enthusiasts and elite athletes alike.

As the official training partner, F45 Training is offering exclusive co-developed HYROX training programs across selected studios, giving Australians a strong training structure in preparation for race day. These targeted programs are designed to build strength, endurance and strategy - all underpinned by F45’s signature team-based, high-energy environment.
