ActiveXchange announces appointment of new Head of Client Success

Following an extensive recruitment process, fast-growing data technology company ActiveXchange, has announced the appointment of Jyo Shukla as their new Head of Client Success.

Announcing the role, ActiveXchange Chief Executive, James Ellender commented “as we continue to partner up with our Network, and fully commit to doubling down with our clients, partners and collaborators in 2022, I'm thrilled to have someone of Jyo's background to truly make client success our obsession."

Shukla is an award-winning customer success leader with over a decade of experience in the B2B software-as-a-service space. She has spent most of her career helping start-ups and enterprises across the globe build scalable, meaningful customer journeys, and enable the best use of technology to drive business outcomes.

Joining the ActiveXchange family this month, Shukla (pictured) stated "ActiveXchange is reshaping the sports, leisure and recreation industry with ground-breaking data and insights. I am really excited to use my experience in SaaS customer success to support our customers, partners and the extended ecosystem in making the best use of ActiveXchange’s truly unique offerings and achieve our collective goal of a healthier, more active world.”

Outside of work, Shukla is an active advocate and volunteer for organisations promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace, as well as the education and professional development of women and disadvantaged youth.

Shukla will work alongside the company’s Partnerships, Product and Technology team and play an important role on ActiveXchange’s Executive team, listening to partners to shape strategic thinking as ActiveXchange further develops successful solutions in close collaboration with clients.
