ActiveXchange to stage free masterclass on how facilities can rebound from COVID
Industry data analytics company ActiveXchange is to stage a free masterclass, open to any leisure facility, via online Zoom teleconference as of 1pm AEST tomorrow (22nd September).
Led by ActiveXchange Chief Executive, James Ellender, the Masterclass will explore the importance of thoroughly understanding customers and how to manage the shifting consumer behaviour, aimed at aiding plans for facilties to get members back when they reopens.
Commenting on the masterclass' content and challenges facing the industry, Ellender (pictured) stated "the pandemic has forced us to develop and adopt new habits in our day-to-day lives, especially in our exercise routine - new protocols, new exercise habits, everything is new
"Consequently, the way we look at our business and our consumers should also transition along with these new trends.
"As a result, centres have had to overcome numerous challenges with an ever-increasingly dynamic consumer market. Through both the review of their internal data and comparative analysis alongside quality aggregate data from the broader market, centres can generate a more detailed understanding of their daily operations, promote significant improvements and most importantly, understand and predict both current and future customers’ behaviour."
The masterclass will ealso xplore how membership data facilities already have can be combined with industry trends and insights to show the way forward out of lockdown.
Attendees at the masterclass will achieve these three takeaways:
Reinforce understanding of key trends to leverage coming out of lockdown
See what good looks like when it comes to memberships bouncing back
Know where to focus to maximise member lifetime value
