World Gym Australia sees opening of two new clubs

World Gym Australia has opened two new clubs this month - in Albury in the NSW border region and at Gregory Hills in south western Sydney.

Covering 1500 metre², the Albury club, the largest in the region, is described by Club Manager Kayla Carter as "one-stop shop" for fitness enthusiasts.

Speaking to the Border Mail, Carter advised "the biggest aspect we've had feedback on is how big the gym floor is. There's so much equipment, but there's still so much space, so that's been very popular

"Our recovery space with the hot and cold contrast spas and the two saunas, infrared and hot rock, have definitely been a big wow factor.

"We've got shakes, coffee, supplements, merchandise and pre-made meals available from the front counter.

“The biggest standout is that we've got so many amenities and things to offer under the one roof.”

The equipment area is also dominated by a mural of Arnold Schwarznegger which Carter describes as “a bit of a showpiece”.

Carter said the support from the Albury-Wodonga community had been immense throughout the development of the gym, adding “we're excited to become a part of the community here and build our own World Gym community in Albury.”

World Gym Gregory Hills is also now open, with the new facility offering a range of employment opportunities.

World Gym Australia co-founder, Jon Davie has also advised via social media of a partnership with Pranay Magan of the Ferradini Property Group, who is currently moving towards the opening of World Gym Flagstone and who is looking to develop further properties in the future.

World Gym Australia was also named as one of the top five franchisors in the 2023 Topfranchise awards.
