AusFitness Expo heads to Melbourne on 13th and 14th April
The AusFitness Expo - Australia’s biggest festival of fitness - is heading to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre on 13th and 14th April.
Aimed at all types of fitness and active lifestyle participants, members and enthusiasts, the ‘bigger than ever’ Melbourne event will present a high-energy celebration of fitness and health culture showcasing well known and innovative new brands, national sporting competitions, Australia’s best athletes, global fitness icons as well as the latest fitness products and gym gear.
One ticket to the Expo includes free spectator access to a events happening across the weekend including:
• Official CrossFit Expo Games - strength, agility and endurance are tested as athletes are pushed to their limits with the latest CrossFit challenges.
• The Australian launch of DEKA STRONG - Brought to you by the creators of Spartan, DEKA STRONG is not just an event, it’s a decathlon of functional fitness.
• ICN Oceania Muscle & Model Competition - a celebration of strength, beauty, and athleticism as over 200 athletes compete for category titles.
• Oceania Strongman Championships - with incredible displays of strength set to see records tumble.
• Casey O’Neill’s King’s Cup Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Championships - MMA fans are in for a treat as the BJJ athletes battle it out for top honours.
• Asia Pacific Powerlifting Championships - watch records get broken across mens, womens and teen categories.
• Victorian Masters Weightlifting Championships - Some of the best weightlifters in Victoria will gather to battle it out for the coveted title of Victorian Champion with special guests inc Olympians Morea Baruand and Dika Toua.
• Kettlebell Oceania Cup - Girevoy Sport Australia will host the World Kettlebell Sport Federation Oceania Cup.
• National Streetlifting Callisthenics Competition - National meet for the sport of streetlifting, which is an exciting event that showcases insane levels of strength with athletes performing callisthenics exercises with additional weights.
• Amateur Boxing Championships
The Women’s Active Stage will also feature the latest in group fitness, Zumba, HIIT, celebrity training sessions, fitness influencers and wellness classes that anybody can join.
The AusFitness Expo is on Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th April at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. Adult tickets are $30 for a one-day pass and $50 for two-day entry.
Those who work in the fitness and health industry are eligible for discounted entry.
Saturday 13th April will also see the 2024 AUSactive Active Health Summit staged alongside the Expo.
