Under Armour and AusFitness Expo partnership sees activation of inaugural training fixture

Global leader in sporting performance apparel, footwear and accessories, Under Armour, has partnered with Australia’s biggest fitness, sport, active-health and nutrition festival, AusFitness Expo being held at ICC Sydney from 28th to 30th April 2023. The partnership sees Under Armour (UA) embarking on a one-year agreement with AusFitness Expo, initiating a “pre-season” activation of its annual UA COMBINE training competition at the “The Arena”.

As part of the AusFitness Expo partnership, UA will be the key sponsor of The Arena, a dedicated area within the Expo Hall. Following the success of the inaugural men’s, women’s and team UA COMBINE train competition in September 2022, Under Armour will introduce a new, two-day, UA COMBINE Pre-Season training competition at AusFitness Expo for established and aspiring athletes to take part in as a lead up to the official event taking place later this year.

Hosted by Baller Nation Co-Founders and Trainers, Ellice Whichello and Dan Conn, UA COMBINE Pre-Season is a unique opportunity to compete either as an individual or team and represent a preferred discipline and benchmark performance success against other athletes. This is the pre-season warm up that will test competitor limits on speed, strength, stamina, endurance and mental toughness, all against the clock.

In addition to coming out on top of the all-new UA COMBINE Pre-Season competition, winners will be awarded 1st, 2nd and 3rd place across both the individual, men and women’s divisions and team heats. Each winner will receive a high-value prize according to their placement, plus complimentary registration to compete in the official UA COMBINE 2023 competition in November.

Under Armour will also have a booth at AusFitness Expo which will serve as the early-bird registration launch and information hub for the official UA COMBINE 2023 event where competing athletes will put themselves through the eight toughest tests sports scientists can devise, challenging their agility, stamina, vertical, power, endurance, strength, speed, and cognition.

The AusFitness Expo will be held at ICC Sydney 28th to 30th April
