The WOD Life named presenting partner for 2023 Torian Pro CrossFit Games Semi-Final in Brisbane

The Torian Pro, Oceania’s premier CrossFit event, has announced The WOD Life as its major sponsor for the 2023 CrossFit NoBull Games Semi Final being held from 26th to 28th May at the Queensland Tennis Centre in Brisbane.

The WOD Life, a leading online training provider with close to one million customers in Australia, is joining forces with the Torian Pro, renowned for delivering outstanding CrossFit events that attract top athletes from around the world to compete for a spot at the CrossFit Games.

The Torian Pro provides over 500 athletes the opportunity to compete in various divisions and is expected to attract over 5000 spectators each day.

The partnership between The WOD Life and the Torian Pro was first established in 2021, with The WOD Life supporting the growth of the event from the CrossFit Torian Gym in Bowen Hills to the Queensland Tennis Centre, where it is now held and streamed live globally, attracting sell-out crowds.

Founded in 2013, The WOD Life has grown from one of the founders’ bedroom to become one of the largest retailers of fitness apparel and accessories in Australia and globally, offering products from large brands such as Nike, Reebok and adidas, as well as its own TWL and The Brave brands.

The WOD Life co-founder, Ben Dineen advised “partnering with world-class events such as the Torian Pro is one of the best ways we can support and grow the fitness community in Australia. We are thrilled to be the major sponsor again in 2023.”

Torian Pro co-founder, Mike Towner added “we are thrilled to have The WOD Life back as the presenting partner of the Torian Pro in 2023. Their support and passion for the sport of CrossFit in Oceania are invaluable in delivering the best event possible for our athletes and fans.”

The Torian Pro, which started as a small competition at the CrossFit Torian Gym in Bowen Hills with no affiliation to the CrossFit Games, now attracts over 1000 athletes competing just to qualify for the event.

The winners of the Men’s and Women’s Individual Events and the Teams events at the Torian Pro win qualification for the 2023 NoBull CrossFit Games in Madison, USA in July. Thousands of spectators from all over the Oceanic region travel to Brisbane each year to attend the event.
