Melton City Council invites feedback to inform their aquatic facility strategy
The City of Melton, situated on Melbourne's western rural-urban fringe, is calling for community feedback to inform their new aquatic and recreation strategy.
To help inform the development of this strategy, Melton City Council with the support of Otium Planning Group, are conducting a community survey to better understand future aquatic needs within the City of Melton, and inform the vision, objectives and actions of the Strategy for the next 10 years.
By participating in the short survey, feedback will help ensure that local aquatic facilities and services meet current and future community needs in a sustainable manner, while supporting and promoting positive health outcomes for the community.
The strategy is expected to be finalised for Council adoption by late 2025.
Complete the survey between before 9am on Monday 24th March 2025
For the purposes of this survey, 'aquatic facilities' refers to public, school and privately provided swimming facilities residents may attend outside of their home, or that of another resident.
