Les Mills Asia Pacific launches ‘CEREMONY’ group fitness training across its club network

Scientifically designed to meet the rising demand for workouts that build strength, drive results, and foster community, Les Mills Asia Pacific has launched LES MILLS CEREMONY™ and CEREMONY Studio™ to deliver a new era of group training for gyms and fitness facilities across its club network.

This launch represents a bold step forward in expanding high-performance, boutique-style group training throughout the region.

LES MILLS CEREMONY is a 45-minute, science-backed functional training circuit that delivers a powerful combination of full-body strength, cardio, and conditioning. Each session blends explosive movements, equipment-based intervals, and structured transitions designed to maximise results and elevate the member experience.

The new CEREMONY Studio format offers a streamlined and scalable version of the program, making it easier for clubs of all sizes to consistently deliver high-impact group training without the need for specialist equipment or studio fit-outs.

Ryan Hogan, Chief Executive of Les Mills Asia Pacific notes “CEREMONY represents the next evolution in group fitness, meeting the changing expectations of today’s fitness consumer. We’re proud to bring this innovative experience to more clubs and help them grow their communities through performance, consistency, and connection.”

The launch follows successful pilot programs in Les Mills clubs in New Zealand, as well as Fitness First Richmond and Fitness First Balaclava in Australia, where early adoption has driven strong member engagement and operational success.

Nicole Grainger, National Group Fitness Manager at Fitness & Lifestyle Group (FLG) adds “the response to CEREMONY has been overwhelmingly positive. Members love its community vibe, the challenge it offers, and the immersive coaching style that makes every session inclusive and engaging.

“At Fitness First Richmond, CEREMONY classes are averaging 71% capacity, well above the regional group fitness average, and we’re seeing strong uptake among younger members and men. It’s a fresh format that’s helping us attract new demographics and elevate our premium membership offering.”

This rollout also responds to rising global demand for innovative, results-driven programming. As clubs seek new ways to combine performance, consistency, and community, LES MILLS CEREMONY delivers on all fronts.
