Key appointments support Clublinks growth
Fast growing premier sport, golf and residential management company Clublinks has announced the recent appointments of two key team members, Thomas Zappulla and Matt Day.
Zappulla joins the Clublinks team as General Manager for Deakin Active, Deakin University’s Sport & Recreation facilities. He brings with him over 14 years experience across aquatic and recreation facility management, which includes overseeing the design, establishment and opening of WaterMarc Banyule.
Commenting on his new role, Zappulla stated “I’m really proud to join a growing company in Clublinks, and the chance to play a key role in that growth is something new and exciting in my career.”
Matt Day, a highly respected figure within Australian golf, has taken on the role of General Manager at Collier Park Golf, bringing with him a wealth of management experience from within some of Perth’s busiest and well-known golf facilities. \
Day’s experience includes overseeing and driving the rejuvenation at Wembley Golf Course, and joins the Clublinks team from his most recent role as General Manager at The Western Australian Golf Club.
Day advised “this is a fantastic opportunity to join the Clublinks team and partner with the City of South Perth at Collier Park. Clublinks innovative approach will bring new and exciting ideas and customer experiences to this great golfing facility.”
Clublinks' Chief Executive Anthony Lawrence, is delighted that two highly respected figures are joining the Clublinks team to continue and support the company’s recent growth.
Lawrence states “we’re thrilled that Matt and Tom have been able to join us, and will be a great asset to our team of professionals.”
