INTIX announces partnership with Victoria’s Eastern Football Netball League
Looking to streamline operations using digital ticketing technology, Victoria’s Eastern Football Netball League (EFNL) has partnered with INTIX for the next three seasons.
Previously using a cash only method, emails and phone calls to book and process match day tickets, EFNL began using INTIX in 2022 to improve customer experience and maximise ticket sales.
Pleased with the results, they have signed on for a further three seasons.
Explaining that the Leagues is committed to providing the best value and experience, EFNL Commercial Manager, Dean O’Neill advised “(we) are very excited to be partnering with INTIX as our ticketing partner for the next three seasons.
“The League engaged INTIX this year for our finals series and were extremely impressed with the service and the offering. We look forward to continuing this relationship."
Using INTIX’s services, EFNL will be able to provide digital ticketing and a box office solution across the entire final’s series, approximately 26 matches played over four weeks. With all the ticketing information in one place they can collect and store data, market to customers and develop post-event reports to better understand trends.
Alex Grant, founder and Chief Technology Officer at INTIX said the team is looking forward to providing EFNL with a best-in-class ticketing solution for the League, adding "this partnership will help support the growth of EFNL crowd participation, assist in managing the EFNL database, and increase awareness and support for Australia’s largest community AFL league."
Eastern Football Netball League is the largest community football/netball competition in Australia with 48 clubs competing in junior and senior competitions, with more than 900,000 people attending games each year.
