Expanding EMS franchise SpeedFit set to open new Fremantle studio
BRAND POST: Fast growing EMS (electronic muscle stimulation) personal training franchise company, SpeedFit, continues to expand with a new location opening in the Perth suburb of Fremantle on 14th February, bringing its total number of studios in Western Australia to 19 and its 29th across Australia.
Pioneered in Europe, EMS is an advanced and scientifically proven technological method of training that, in just 20 minutes a week, can help participants recover from injury, get in shape and/or just improve their overall fitness.
The workout sessions focus on sculpting the body through weight loss and building and developing muscle, strength training and rehabilitation with the added benefits of improving posture, reducing cellulite and improving general health and wellbeing with EMS machines mimicing the natural action of the central nervous system, sending electrical impulses that contract participant's muscles.
Commenting on the franchise's growth on the west coast, SpeedFit’s Chief Executive and co-founder, Matej Varhalik stated "our roots are in Western Australia and we’ve had great results opening studios across the state after SpeedFit’s origination in Perth in 2013.
"I have a profound affinity for Western Australia and it was my love of Perth that led me to start the business here and become an Australian citizen in 2019. Our head offices remain in Perth, where I have built a life with my family.
“It is a great thrill to see the SpeedFit brand expanding to even more locations in WA and making it available locally to those living in Fremantle.”
Looking to both growth and transform the fitness industry, making this quick and easy service accessible to as many Australians as possible, Varhalik understands the struggle of trying to squeeze a normal gym routine into a busy lifestyle, noting “SpeedFit is the smart gym alternative for those looking to achieve results quickly with less time spent training."
SpeedFit is also launching a new six week fitness program called FITINSIX which will be running from 28th February to 8th April.
The aim of the program, which will run in across SpeedFit studios in Western Australia, NSW and Victoria, is to get people to take out 20 minutes a week to focus on themselves for six weeks.
