DXFactor looks to drive fitness brand growth

Technology services company DXFactor is entering the Australian market offering its digital transformation expertise to the fitness market.

Offering outcome-driven digital solutions that drive business growth, DX Factor founder and Chief Executive, Dharmesh Trivedi explains “we are a group of highly experienced and accomplished operators with deep domain knowledge in technology and business implementations across health, wellness and fitness, financial services, supply chain and startups.

“We have a team of 200 plus software engineers who bring expertise in a wide array of fields, such as mobile app development, web app development, backend development, frontend development, AI/ML, and emerging technology such as Generative AI.”

Having worked with the leading fitness brands across the USA including Golds Gym, Crunch, Orange Theory and Chelsea Piers - helping them in designing, developing, delivering, and realising critical digital initiatives - Trivedi advises “we have accumulated a combined domain expertise of more than 70 years in driving growth, enhancing the member experience, and optimising performance and productivity for the fitness industry.”

Aware of the scale of Australia’s fitness industry, which Trivedi describes as “an interesting market for us”, he advises “we aim to help fitness businesses of various types from boutique fitness centres to large fitness chains, clubs and studios.

“Partnering with an established digital technology provider like us presents multiple opportunities to our prospective clients, enabling them to expand their offerings and market reach, deliver superior experiences to their members, and gain operational excellence.”

As for gym operators should buy into DXFactor’s services, Trivedi adds “how we work is as important to our clients' success as the tools and methodologies that we use.

“DX combines on shore and offshore resources to work with us as our client’s IT team through all phases of the project from discovery through design, development, deployment and post delivery services.

“With our global delivery model, and expert resources onshore and offshore, we ensure that costs are controlled, communication is seamless and the delivery is timely.”
