YMCA NSW introduces new swim school software
YMCA NSW are implementing SwimDesk software at three of their facilities following the success of the program throughout YMCA Victoria and many other leading swim school chains.
SwimDesk will be implemented at the YMCA NSW managed Gungahlin Leisure Centre, Lakeside Leisure Centre and Canberra Olympic Pool in the ACT.
In just over three years SwimDesk has quickly emerged as a commonly used software tool throughout Australia, with the package focused on helping swim schools monitor student progress and communicate this progress to parents.
Research surveys have suggested that a lack of feedback about their child’s progress is the number one cause of dissatisfaction for swim school parents. SwimDesk addresses this issue by providing parents with a clear and detailed overview of their child’s progress that can be viewed on any computer or smartphone.
SwimDesk also has a range of innovative features and detailed analytics which help identify students who are struggling to progress which can help swim schools proactively attend to families at risk of drop out before it becomes too late.
SwimDesk National Sales Manager Lane Harrison is pleased to be creating positive outcomes for our clients, stating “many of our clients have quickly seen the impact of our service both in terms of customer satisfaction as well as retention rates.”
