WynActive multi-purpose facilities secure Fitness Australia Quality Accreditation
WynActive’s AquaPulse and Eagle Stadium facilities have achieved Fitness Australia Quality Accreditation, underlining WynActive’s ongoing commitment to the highest standards of service and professionalism.
The centres’ gymnasiums and associated facilities successfully completed the national peak fitness body’s accreditation process in January, confirming WynActive’s pledge to providing outstanding quality, value, safety and customer service at the multi-purpose Wyndham Council centres.
WynActive Chief Executive, Alison Dixon acknowledged the efforts of management and staff that went in to creating facilities of excellence for the community.
Dixon advised “It’s an outstanding achievement. The effort to provide the best service and operational standards across both centres and also WynActive as an organisation, has been independently acknowledged. That is extremely satisfying and a great source of pride to our local staff teams who are passionate about their community and providing the best experience possible for everyone.”
Eagle Stadium has a modern, spacious 800 metre2 metre gym floor while the AquaPulse gym is even larger at 1000 metre2 metres and has been recognised as the best equipped gym in the region. Both are fully staffed and feature a large range of modern cardio and strength equipment along with free weight and functional training zones.
Fitness Australia’s accreditation process is among the most comprehensive and thorough available. It is aimed at elevating the business to the highest standard possible through benchmarking, and continuous improvement of systems and culture.
Quality Accreditation Program participants are required to undertake a rigorous assessment of six key areas including professionalism, safety, customer care, information and knowledge, people and leadership.
It provides the opportunity to improve the effectiveness of their business, provide greater value to their customers and raise community expectations of customer care and service.
Dixon added “this accreditation provides confidence, not only to our members, guests and the community, but also to Council, as we aim to deliver the best from two of its most valuable community assets.”
